This 12 unit, multi-family, affordable housing project was built in 1996 and 1997. It features ten townhouse style apartments with second stories and basements and 2 single-level, handicapped accessible apartments. All apartments include two bedrooms and one bath. There are income eligibility guidelines and other program requirements. To be income eligible, your total household income, including income from assets, must be less than or equal to, the pre-set income limit for the area.
