The Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) - Transit Program is the public transit provider under the Iowa DOT
for the counties of Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek in the Northeast corner of Iowa.
We are proud to offer safe and reliable public transportation to all citizens in our area.
Because we serve a rural area, we’ve structured our services to ensure that we can meet the transportation needs of everyone, regardless of whether they
live in a community or in the country.
Transporation is provided whenever needed. If you need a ride, we are here to provide it. Trips that take place outside of
our office hours must be scheduled during office hours.

To best serve everyone, we request that trip reservations be made with at least 24 hours notice when possible. For TTY Users: Dial 711 or 1-800-735-3942, then have the CA call 1-866-382-4259 for transit services. |
There are no bus stops to find. We pick you up right at your door and take you wherever you need to go. People use us regularly to get to work, to school, to
doctor’s appointments, to go shopping, or to visit family and friends.
