Full Time, Non-Exempt Position (40 hours/week) | Office Location in Decorah
Ensure full enrollment of Early Childhood Programs. Responsible for recruitment strategies and oversight of the enrollment process for the Head Start and Early Head Start programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. Oversee attendance during enrollment as well as exit transitions. Collaborate with community partners and provide direction and support to NEICAC staff conducting recruitment, application, and enrollment efforts. Full Time, Non-Exempt Position (35 hours/week) | Office Location at our Cresco Family Services & Food Pantry office
Evaluate needs and identify available NEICAC programs or external referral sources to improve individual and family stability. Assist individuals through the application and eligibility determination process for NEICAC programs. Collaborate and advocate for improved individual and family wellbeing and outcomes. Maintain food pantry operations including ordering & distribution, required data entry, documentation and donation procedures, and compliance components.
Target Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and general administrative/office skills required. Experience with providing services to low-income populations and trauma informed care practices preferred.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Criminal Records Check (including fingerprints), pre-employment Drug Screen, and Physical. Must have a valid Driver’s License and carry state of Iowa minimum levels of automobile insurance.
Pay range for this position is $16.65/hr. – $19.27/hr.

Full Time, Non-Exempt Position (40 hours/week) | Base Location in West Union with frequent travel by corporate vehicle across the Weatherization Assistance Program service area.
Perform functions as both a Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Crew Worker and Evaluator. Evaluate weatherization needs, repair and insulate homes to effectively reduce heading costs in addition to improving the health and safety of each home.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
Preferred Experience: At least two years of related experience as a carpenter, particularly in the Weatherization trade.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Criminal Records Check, pre-employment Drug Screen, OSHA approved Respirator Physical and Respirator Fit Test.
Pay range for this position is $22.53/hr. – $26.08/hr.
