The Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) – Transit Program is the public transit provider under the Iowa DOT, provides door-to-door service in the Northeast corner counties of Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek.

 

All rides are open to the general public, including persons with disabilities. EARL Public Transit vehicles are ADA accessible with lifts or ramps.

That stove was so small that my two year old son could see inside the pan without standing on anything.
